When you become a retailer, you have access to several privileges and to the following support:
→ While we do not guarantee that your store will be the only one on a precise territory, we always look to verify the physical location of a new retailer in relation to an existing outlet.
→ You get a discount on our catalog products. This means you have access to order form pricing.
→ In an effort to avoid unfair competition within our valued family of retailers, you will be required to respect the resale prices of our products and not offer them at a lower cost.
→ For your first order, you will receive demonstrators that we will choose at our discretion based on sales trends and new products.
→ We ask that you allow two to three business days between us receiving your order and shipping it. Simply send it to us by Wednesday noon if you want it by Friday of the same week. However, for larger orders, the delay may be a little longer.
→ You will receive our weekly newsletter with our new products, important information and good news of the week!
